At SketchPing, you have complete ownership of your identity and artwork. You can delete your account and all associated data at any time without having to contact customer support.
Method 1: In-App Self-Service (Recommended)
If you have the SketchPing app installed on your device, you can delete your data immediately:
- Open the SketchPing app.
- Tap the Me (Profile) tab in the bottom navigation bar.
- Tap the Settings icon in the top right corner.
- Scroll down to the Account section.
- Tap Delete Account & Data and confirm the confirmation prompt.
Immediate Effect: Your active login session will be invalidated, your friendships will be ended, and your active game sessions will be permanently frozen.
Method 2: Web Deletion Request
If you have uninstalled the app or cannot access your device, you can request account deletion via email:
- Send an email to [email protected] with the subject line Account Deletion Request.
- Send the request from the email address linked to your account or include your unique user ID if known.
- Our automated system or trust team will send a verification confirmation before processing the deletion.
What Data is Deleted
- Profile & Identity: Your nickname, user ID, auth credentials, and age eligibility state.
- Drawing Envelopes (.spdg): All vector stroke envelopes, draft drawings, and replay records stored in private cloud storage.
- Scrapbooks & Reels: All completed Transformation Reels and friendship archive links.
- Turn Records & Secrets: Session histories, prompt authority, guesses, and twist records.
- Virtual Inventory: Your Sketch Coin balance and unlocked cosmetic items.
- Device Tokens: Push notification registration tokens for APNs and FCM.
Retention Period
Upon requesting deletion, your account is immediately deactivated and hidden from other users. All server rows and cloud storage envelopes are permanently purged within 30 days in accordance with data privacy regulations.
